As students enter high school, having the ability to understand how their high school coursework can apply to their career of interest is helpful. In an effort to assist students in making this connection, an internship database and associated program are under development. The database will allow students or interested businesses and organizations to search for available matches. Once a student and organization are connected, the student will learn through observation and hands-on experience. The frequency of visits by the student to the internship site, number of internship hours and other factors will vary from internship to internship. Our goal is to create a meaningful learning experience for all students.
